We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App, except to the extent permitted by law.
The App, including its artwork, characters, sounds, and code, is owned by Aaron Du and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
